Our LAS MARINAS condominiums (Rm. 106, 303, 404) are located at 5909 Padre Blvd. on the bayside of South Padre Island,TX.  Convieniently located within the Island's most exclusive subdivision on Cactus Cove Waterway at the Southwest corner of Sunset Drive and Padre Boulevard,  Las Marinas provides waterfront living in a boating atmosphere while maintaining a short walk to the beach.  Designed with a Mediterranean flair, Las Marinas is a four story, thirty two unit building consisting of a upscale 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums.  Living area features a large tv., queen size sofa sleeper and recliner.  Media room features tv and comfortable sofa.
